Megami is a 10k PFP collection by Japanese popular illustrator and Youtuber, Saito Naoki. It takes the concept of 'finding your own goddess' and lets holder handpick their own NFT instead of going through the randomized mint and reveal system.

The illustrations I have expressed through NFT are, In fact, I have consistently depicted my own **“Dreams”**.

The first dream, It's a future that creators are paid fairly.\
Through the "GESTURES" collection,\

We hope that many creators will participate in creative activities related to MEGAMI to further expand and develop the MEGAMI ecosystem. We also welcome creators making profit from those activities. This License was created to provide a guideline for creators so that they can engage in these activities with confidence and clarity.

We believe holding an NFT is also a creative activity and a kind of self-expression. Therefore, this License not only defines the rights of creators, but also protects and extends the rights and interests of NFT holders at the same time.

Our goal is to empower and encourage both creators and community members by clearly defining rights and protections for those who wish to participate in MEGAMIrelated creative activities.

### **The subject of MEGAMI Art License**

This License covers the creative activities of individual creators and of small teams. A different license is applied for activities by companies, organizations or teams of a certain, larger size (generally more than 5 members). The MEGAMI team reserves the right to use NFT art and derivative art from the MEGAMI collection for promotional purposes without any limitation.

### Example of derivative works

*   Creation, display, delivery and distribution of illustrations, comics, books, videos, magazines and any other form of works, not limited to those listed here.
*   Creation, display and delivery of figurines, dolls, cosplay and any other forms of three-dimensional works.

### Prohibited items for derivative creation activities

*   Any content that deviates from MEGAMI's image and damages the reputation of the collection.
*   Any content that violates the public order and morality or is discriminatory in any form.
*   Any content that has little or no creativity such as directly copying, scanning, sampling, or tracing NFT artworks including illustration, video, voice, song and the like. Except in the case where the NFT holder uses NFTs owned by himself/herself.
*   Any activity representing oneself as a MEGAMI official.
*   Any activity that is in violation of the purposes and rules of this license.
*   Any content that infringes or may infringe upon the rights of others.

### How to credit MEGAMI

*   If you are publishing a MEGAMI derivative work as an NFT, it is not necessary to include a credit to MEGAMI in the accompanying media files (illustrations, videos, etc.) We encourage you to include a credit in the description section of the NFT.
*   If you publish or provide derivative works in a form other than NFTs, please include a credit to MEGAMI in a place that is easily visible and accessible to viewers and purchasers.
*   Recommended crediting methods include "Licensed by MEGAMI" and "Empowered by MEGAMI”.

### Case study

Following use cases are acceptable. (Still, there is a limitation on cumulative revenue.)

*   The owner of an NFT creates derivative illustrations of the artwork contained in the NFT he/she owns and sells them as NFTs or produces and sells goods such as T-shirts, etc.
*   The owner of an NFT edits the artwork contained in the NFT and sells it as an NFT or uses the artwork “as is” to produce and sell goods such as T-shirts, etc.
*   A creator creates a derivative artwork of an NFT that he/she does not own and then mints that artwork as an NFT and sells or produces and sells goods such as T-shirts, etc.
*   A creator creates derivative artwork of NFTs that he/she does not own, and publishes the artwork on Twitter or creates a T-shirt for own usage.

Following use cases are **NOT** acceptable.

*   A creator retouches an artwork contained in an NFT that he/she does not own and sells it as an NFT or uses the original artwork as it is and produces goods such as T-shirts, etc and sells them.
*   Producing and publishing derivative works that are slanderous defamation of other NFT projects.

As long as usage does not violate this License, there is no need to contact the MEGAMI team about usage.

Killer GF is a 7,777 generative portrait art collection by a former Riot Games Artist, Zeronis, with over 240 meticulously designed features that contrasts cute and aesthetically appealing girlfriends that also happen to be dangerous assassins. The inspiration for the project came from the combination of Zeronis's love for creating badass and beautiful female characters while also bringing a bit of the yandere flair to the mix. The project is also a special collaboration between Zeronis and Uwulabs, creator of Uwucrew.

## **What is the KGF team up to?**

The KGF team has been working tirelessly to deliver promised content as detailed in their roadmap. They have been holding charity auctions with guest artists, periodically airdropping exclusive and non-transferable stamps to their holders, ‘airdropping’ physical merchandise, as well as creating the ‘Cyber Run’ game. The team has held over 7 charity auctions and donated more than $50,000 to various charities.

Killer GF

Forgotten Runes Wizard Cult is a collection of 10k wizard NFT, prt of a project that aims to build a fantasy franchise anchored in web3. The project focuses on narrative storytelling and aims to launch a game, TV Series, and Comic books series focusing on Runiverse: the world of the Forgotten Runes. To date, the project has launched 12 collections (including airdrops and limited collections) connected to the Runiverse.

As long as you lawfully acquired and are holding your Juuni, the following license is applicable to you:

1.  you can display your Juuni NFT, use it as a profile picture, or create your Derivative Works for non-Commercial Use.
2.  You can mint and create new NFTs and NFT projects based on your Derivative Works of Juuni NFTs that you own, as long as you don't use the Juuni Trademarks on, or to promote, such new NFTs.
3.  You can sell the derivatives, just as long as you don't use the Juuni Trademarks. ***Except when the Juuni NFT is a product of a collab that contains content not owned by JUUNI, then usage of that specific Juuni NFT for Commercial Use is prohibited*** (you can request or accept a derivative request as long as they are for private use. ***If you create a derivative of the collaboration Juuni, you are not allowed to sell the derivative***) unless JUUNI or JUUNI'S partner explicitly provide consent in writing or through a public announcement.

### Restriction and Reservation

1.  In line with the above license, you might edit or create a derivative of your Juuni as you see fit. The IROIRO NFT collection will use the uwu Art License for the rights of the art and characters of IROIRO.

The uwu Art License is designed to encourage derivative art, but also respect the holder’s rights, as we believe their NFT is a representation of them! The uwu Art License was created by uwu Labs!

### Keeping it uwu

As IROIRO is part of the uwu Labs Family, we believe ‘keeping it uwu’ means:

*   Giving proper credit and respecting the artist(s) behind the art
*   Respecting how the owner of an NFT would want their NFT to be represented
*   Welcoming derivatives, but requiring NFT ownership or clear permission from the NFT owner for commercial use

With that in mind, we would like to announce the following art licensing for IROIRO.

### Holders

For the NFT(s) you own you’re free to

*   Copy or share in any medium
*   Make derivatives, remix, or transform in any medium, even commercially
*   As long as you give proper credit to IROIRO

### Non-holders

For any NFT in the collection you’re free to

*   Copy or share in any medium
*   Make derivatives, remix, or transform in any medium, but NOT commercially
*   As long as you give proper credit to IROIRO

### IROIRO Team

The IROIRO team reserves rights to use all IROIRO collection NFT art and all derivative art for promotional use.

### PFP NFTs as characters

As part of the uwu culture, we believe NFTs can represent one’s online personas and identities. We hope to encourage a culture of representing people through their NFTs.

Under the uwu art license, the owner of the NFT not only owns the art, but also the character of the NFT as well — meaning that they have the ability to grant permission for others to sell derivative art that includes their character for as long as they own the original NFT.

Keep in mind that this permission only persists for the owner of the NFT, so if the original NFT is sold after permission was given, commercial usage permission of the character must be requested again from the new owner.

Part of “keeping it uwu” means being mindful of how you represent someone’s NFT character in derivative works. If you think someone would be uncomfortable with how they are being represented, remember you can always ask for permission from the NFT owner!

### Community Collection

In order to give our non-holder community members an opportunity to contribute to IROIRO, we are implementing the concept of a “community collection” from the uwu Art License guideline — a small subset of team-owned characters which are under a CC0 license!

Community collection IROIRO can be used for anything, such as:

*   Enter into IROIRO derivative art contests to win prizes
*   Draw, mint, and sell derivative works of mascots
*   Include IROIRO as a feature in other NFT collections

For all NFTs in the community collection:

*   Anyone is free to copy or share in any medium
*   Anyone is free to make derivatives, remix, or transform in any medium, or use for any purpose, even commercially

### ‘‘Origins’’

We’ve designed the following 10 IROIRO characters to be used as the IROIRO community collection a.k.a “Origins”! Once an IROIRO NFT is added to the community collection, it will never be removed.

More IROIROs may join Origins in the future! This is the uwu Art License catered specifically for IROIRO, we encourage other projects to also adopt the uwu art license to encourage an art-focused community abundant with derivative works!
